After you accept a carrier bid, the next step is the Transport-Wise deposit payment. That payment is handled through secure checkout and is what unlocks the next stage of the booking workflow.
1Accept the bid first
You only reach the deposit step after you choose the bid you want to book. Until then, you are still in the comparison stage.
2Complete the secure payment step
Once you accept the bid, the platform sends you to the deposit payment page. Follow the secure Stripe checkout flow shown there and complete the payment using the method currently available for your booking.
3What happens after payment succeeds
Successful payment moves the booking forward, unlocks the awarded job flow, and releases the relevant contact details inside the job context.
4If the payment fails
If payment does not complete, return to the payment step and retry safely. If the page looks stuck or the payment appears to have gone through but the booking did not update, contact support with the job reference.
