Posting a good job is mostly about giving carriers enough detail to price it properly without guessing. A clear listing gets better bids, fewer back-and-forth questions, and a much smoother booking process.
1Start with the route and a plain-English title
Enter the collection location and delivery location first, then give the job a short title that says what is actually moving. Good titles sound like real work, such as 2-bedroom flat move from Malaga to Valencia or Motorbike transport from Paris to Lyon. Avoid vague titles like Transport needed.
2Choose the right goods type and describe the load properly
Select the goods type that is closest to the real load. Then describe what is being moved, how much there is, and whether there are awkward items, stairs, limited access, or loading help available. Carriers price around the real work involved, not just the route.
3Add timing, photos, and anything operationally important
If collection is flexible, say so clearly. If it must happen on a certain day, make that clear as well. Add photos when they help explain the size, access, or condition of the goods. Photos support the listing, but the written description still matters most.
4Review the listing before you publish
Before posting, check the title, route, dates, and description one last time. Ask yourself whether a transport company that knows nothing about the job could price it from the details shown. If the answer is yes, the listing is probably in good shape.
5What happens after posting
Once the job is live, carriers can place bids. You then compare the offers, message carriers inside the platform, and only move to payment when you choose to accept one bid.
