My carrier account got suspended. What now?

A suspended carrier account needs review, not a workaround. Contact support with the company name and affected workflow details.

1What suspension usually means

It usually means the platform has paused bidding, protected actions, or messaging while something is reviewed. Sometimes this relates to setup, sometimes to account conduct, and sometimes to protection enforcement.

2What to do next

Contact support with the company name, account email, and the exact workflow that appears blocked. If the issue affected a live job or bid, include the job reference as well.

3What not to do

Do not create another carrier account and do not try to continue protected communication outside the system because the account is paused. That tends to make the review worse, not better.
